I am female 64, have never had to mow my grass, but my yard man had to quit, and I ordered this mower, after doing lots of research last week.
I was daunted at having to put the thing together, but all was required was attaching handle, and instructions were clear. It was easy. I haven't mowed yet, but I did test it on a spot in my yard. The self-propelled feature is a must-have, and the "turtle" speed is fast enough, maybe too fast for me. I will post an update when I've done some mowing, but I'm happy with the mower...no gas to fool with!
