With the GARDENA Accu Rechargeable Cylinder Lawnmower, you will achieve your English lawn easily and quickly. The principle is simple: as you push, the cutting cylinder and bottom blade move without contact. Similar as with scissors, the blade of grass is taken up and cut. The special feature: the cutting cylinder and bottom blade do not touch and thereby allow pleasant and low-noise work.

The hardened, non-stick-coated cutting cylinder made of quality steel and the ground bottom blade guarantee a clean and precise cut for excellent lawn care. Equipped with a Collecting Bag, the grass cuttings are immediately collected during mowing and can be easily disposed of. The lawnmower takes its power from an easy-care lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery 25 V and 3.2 Ah. This can be recharged at any time, without memory effect.

Without battery, the Accu Rechargeable Cylinder Lawnmower can be used as a hand lawnmower. The GARDENA Accu Rechargeable Cylinder Lawnmower is equipped with many comfort elements that render your work easier and more pleasant. For example, it has extra-large wheels with special tread and soft plastic components, an ergonomically formed handle and a folding handle for space-saving storage. Through a handy controller, the desired cutting height can be simply set.

Gardena offer a minimum 12 month parts and labor warranty on all our products so in the unlikely event that your Gardena product develops a fault, they will repair or replace the item free of charge. I love this mower, is well build, good quality and good battery life. I try the Fiskars 18 Inch Staysharp Max Reel Mower, but it didn't work for me so I switch to this, I glad I made a right choice or else I will hire someone else to do it for me. This little guy is light weight, easy to handle and can be fold for storage, but not recommend you fold the top section. The grass catcher is handy catching most of the grass.

Three thing that can be improve, one is the safe handle, by adding a tension to the bar. Sometime I notice when I push the button and lift the bar, the mower won't start, I need redo it again, adding tension will help or redesign it so is one hand operation instead of two. Second, I notice the mower sometime will flip up when you release the handle in a hurry. Last is adjusting this mower level is not easy, but if you set it in one level, you usually don't need to adjust it.

1. Is there any problem charging the battery on USA electric? 2. Grass catcher,, does it come off and on easily? I have a Scotts push mower and have to hand empty. 3. Do the blades get stuck,,, I know on a lot of reel mowers, mulch will clog the blades, easy to remedy, but a little worried with electric blades.

no problem charging on US electric. the grass catcher stays on very well during use, but comes off with nearly no effort when you need to empty iy. the blades have not gotten stuck on me yet under electric power, but when using as a non powered push mower they do bind up from time to time in thick grass. I have no idea where to get the battery. i did see one here on amazon for $150 (wow). I do need a second battery as the main battery is not enough to cover my whole lawn. i get about 2.3 of it done. i don't know the exact size of my lawn but it is typically about an hour mow from start to finish

What are the cutting height settings?

rom 1 inch to 3 inches. This makes my yard look like a golf course. It is amazing!!! Buy an extra battery.
