prior to this purchase which is why I upgraded to this one when the old one finally pooped out. Had that one for over 10 years, literally paid for itself. The ease of this mower for cutting grass & the low purr of it really beats a filling a gas mower

Has anyone out there had this mower
for over two years? I really want to buy this mower but the price is high for my budget- and I'm so afraid It'll die just after the two year B&D warranty. Anyone with any experience with this? Thoughts? Thanks :) Answer
Ive had mine for 3 seasons and now into the 4th. Same battery, always charging when not using. Flat lawn about 1/4 acre. Super happy even in wet grass thats a bit tall, you won't plow thru it but it won't be any slower than expected. No obstacles like acorns or branches to contend with either on our lawn. Charge it fully before you first use it, and aviod draining it completely, in fact if possible just use it til half a charge and your battery will last much much longer ( about 25-28 mins). Go get one!
Question
There is conflicting information about whether the mulching insert is included or not. Is something else required for mulching? The reason I asked is, in the comparison chart above, it states "Rear bag (mulching insert and side discharge chute sold separately)". Thank you for your responses!

The mulching insert was included with mine. It's a stopper that prevents clippings from going through the opening to the bag.

Yes, as long as you hold down the activation bar, it'll cut whether you push or pull the mower.
