Great for short, short cutting

I use my McLane to cut my Celebration Bermuda grass. Powerful motor, even cut, well made mower
.The maximum height adjustment is 1.5 inches, but that has to be mechanically adjusted and remains fixed unless you take 30 parts off the back roller and manually adjust. If you want to cut 1.25 inches down to 1/2 inch, you can use a lever to easily adjust up or down.
In Houston, 1.25 inch cutting height requires a lot of watering so as to not burn up the grass.
